IBC Rinse System

This IBC Rinse head can be supplied as an attachment for the Auto Drum Rinse machine.

A safety switch on the IBC Rinse head prevents the program from starting when the head is not inserted in an IBC tank

If you just have IBC tanks to rinse you can buy the Auto IBC Rinse stand alone machine with its own programmable controls.

Some product residues are easy to rinse out others are more difficult.

You can fine tune a program for each type of residue by adjusting the times until you achieve a perfect rinse with the minimum amount of water.

Once you have it just right save the program.  It will appear with the other saved programs on the menu screen.

When you want to rinse an IBC all you do is select the appropriate program from the menu. Then let it run through with the peace of mind that it will be properly rinsed using the minimum amount of water.
