The Auto Drum Rinse system (Triple Rinse System), designed by Chawke & Moran offers you a new and long term cost effective solution. Our system satisfies these legal requirements and is CE certified.
The Triple Rinse System offers a cost effective, safe, and labour saving system to triple rinse nominally empty plastic drums. It allows four drums, from 5 litre to 25 litre size to be rinsed in seconds using the triple rinse system.
The system can be customised to suit your particular needs.

Operation and function:
-Top loading self contained unit to automatically triple rinse nominally empty Plastic Drums.
-Triple Rinses 4 drums at a time
-Rinsing cycle time (approx.): 30secs. for 5 litre drums, 70secs for 25 litre drums.
-Total water consumption for four by 5 litre drums is 15 litres, four by 10 litre drums is 30 litres, four by 25 litre drums is 72 litres. (Based on recognised Triple Rinse System standard of 3 by 25% container capacity)
-Operating pressure 1 to 3 bar.
-Four reactionary force spinning 360 degree cleaning jets.
-The cleaning jets extend vertically into the drums.
-230V electric with 24V controls
